中新网1月28日电 据香港文汇网报导，曾多次凌辱国旗及香港特区区旗而被法庭科罪及判囚的古思尧，被控于2020年7月在法院外凌辱国旗，其今天(28日)早上在香港西九龙法院被判罪名建立，判囚4个月。
控罪指，74岁男被告古思尧，涉于2020年7月15日，支援乱港分子黎智英、李柱铭等15人不合法集结案期间，在西九龙法院大众区，有倒插方法举起国旗等行为，脱离法院时被警方截查逮捕。
裁判官以5个月为量刑起点，但考虑被告身体状况，判处4个月即时拘禁。
